Have you ever stood on the edge of a hill? Or perhaps on the edge of something else? How do you feel? My experience when standing on the edge of a hill where I can see the large tea plantation is mesmerizing. I just feel so happy and excited. The greenish sights of the tea plantation calm me down. I feel so peaceful. If it’s possible, I’d love to build a tent and pass the night there. Beautiful!
It’s really a moment when my friend took me this photo. When he saw me holding this plant, he asked me directly to pose as though I was collecting power to “fly” this plant. The result was magic! I really felt myself living like a muggle in Harry Potter world. I loved it! Until now, I am still hoping that I can have magic.
Well, “Wingardium Leviosa!” Hey, watch out! Dementors! “Expecto Patronum!”
I am so sorry that I could not participate in yesterday’s photo theme, since I was busy to prepare my French exam that made me a little bit stressed! But I am back, it goes well now 🙂
I adore landscape photography. The wide range of it allows people to see the whole things around the landscape view. This photo was actually taken in Gunung Batu, Bandung. It’s one of the best places to enjoy the magnificent sunrise.
Here bellow is a landscape in Bukit Penulisan, Kintamani, Bali.
For those who don’t know what Taman Sari is, let me explain about it a little bit (with the help of Wikipedia :D). Taman Sari also known as Taman Sari Water Castle is a site of a former royal garden of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta that was built in mid of 18th century. It had multiple functions, such as a resting area, a workshop, a medication area, a defense area, and a hiding place.
The last function (hiding place) is actually a mosque that is located underground, which is displayed in this photo. It’s intriguing to surround the underground mosque due to its tortuous and dark alleys. It is also a very good place to take photos, especially for the visitors.
Here are some photos I took during my visit on last August.
Yay, I love today’s theme! I love colorful walls and everything in colors. When I go out for a walk, I always look around and try to find the most perfect color wall.
I regularly post my color wall photo on my Instagram. I also follow people who have the same interest in taking color wall photo there.
Overall, seeing color wall just makes me happy. I feel like I live in a colorful world 🙂
Chasing fog always brings in mystery. It’s due to the unpredictable weather which always changes. Last time my friends and I went to the spot where the fog can be found easily, we didn’t expect that we were welcomed by this wet yet thick fog. However, you can’t be lazy if you really want to see and capture this beautiful phenomenon. We got there around 4:00 am, and we almost missed it. Fortunately, we could still see and take some photos along with the fog. Overall, the statement of chasing fog to reveal mystery is true after all.
